The Dirt Water Fox is an Interesting Folk Person

Well.... The begining to this class was great. Chad Fette aka "the dirt water fox" is an interesting folk. It does not take much to initiate a beat down slam on from mr. fette. His first and only words of class were " Shut the fuck up Dan" great words from the wise dirt water fox. I was impressed by his intellectual use of words to get Dan to stop talking. and.. it worked. Anyways. Class last wednesday was all about Genre Analysis and discussion. It turns out that a Genre's occur in situations of association and communication between professional individuals. If we were to analyze the genre of communication between Chad and Dan earlier on, it would certainly be dictatorship. But it does not have to be. Genres of professional communication can be simple newspaper ads, memo's, emails, cover letters, and reports. A number of other professional documents can be analyzed also. Infact even the wild statement that wam made about coors light labels is a form of professionl communication. Coors light labels professional communicate that the person is drinking a Coors Light but thats not even the best. They have even developed a professional label that turns colors depending on the coldness of the brew. I personally am not a fan of coors light but their label is a form of professional writing that conveys that everyone should hop on the coors light train to the super bowl. Thats it for today. Peace
